New Door Properties started out as a vision of Jeff Hirst and Rhonda Morgridge. This vision included an idea of what it means to help people who are 'stuck' in a nightmare property situation. This can include people who have recently experienced a death which is now mitigating the need to sell a property, or a rental situation gone bad and the landlord just wants out. The reasons can be as various as the individuals who occupied the space beneath the roof but most of the stories have a few common threads.

Jeff Hirst - Managing Partner
Jeff has been in some form of real estate since 1992, starting out working as a title researcher with Advance Homestead Title Company. He stayed with them until 2007 and advanced to full-time Information Technologies (IT) Manager.
In 2007, Jeff started working for Florida Medical Reimbursements Services as a client services manager. His expert customer service skills created a comfortable working environment for not only his co-workers but also clients.
In 2018 Jeff became a Managing Partner with New Door Properties LLC and is eager to help individuals with their real estate needs.
